Day 3 hasn't been so hot for me. My muscles are finally reall sore and I am so tired. I spent around 10 minutes of my 25 minute workout video just marching in place. My poor butt and legs can't take anymore squats today.
On the plus side, those gross protein shakes must be doing something. I got on the scale this morning, and I have lost 4 lbs since Monday!!!! Yay! The weightloss has remotivated me, and I am going to do the ab routine that goes with this program later this afternoon.
My cravings for sugar and crap are getting much more manageable. I'm glad I've stopped dreaming of bread and pasta. Of course, I still crave soda like no tomorrow, but I'm working on it, and have been able to resist so far.
