Day 2







It just occured to me that I owe this blog some before pics and measurements. So without further ado:

All I can say is, "Eeewww!" to those pictures. I just have yo remind myself to take a deep breath, and remember that those are the before pics. It's gonna get better! I swear!
Next, here are my measurements (taken the same day as the pics)
Weight: 169lbs.
Chest: 41"
Waist: 38.5"
Hips: 43"
Right mid-thigh: 20.5"
Left mid-thigh: 21"
Right bicep: 12.25"
Left bicep: 12.75"
Now that I've put it out there for everyone to see, I really have to push myself to so I can come back with results!
The day 2 workout was really hard. I did Start it Up! again, but the muscle soreness was really making it difficult today. My butt is so sore! I was able to struggle though it. More importantly for me, I am on Day 2 of getting out of bed early, which is huge since I am SO not a morning person. Also, I am on Day 2 of no caffeine! I didn't get a caffeine headache until bedtime last night, so I am doing pretty good.
The one downside of getting up earlier to do this, is that R is a light sleeper, so when he hears me moving around, he wakes up too. I had to listen to him yell, "Dit Down?!" over and over from is crib this morning while working out. I thought I was getting up earlier for some me time, not more mommy time. I'll just have to figure that one out.
Well, time to be off to choke down yet another protein shake......
