Today is day 1 of me following the Slim in 6 program. I was a good girl, and dragged my butt out of bed first thing this morning, and I worked out. Start It Up! (the beginner DVD) was a lot harder than I thought. I can only imagine I'm going to be super sore tomorrow.
Not only am I working out, but I am following the 6 day express diet plan that came with the DVDs. Can I say that whey powder protien shakes are the nastiest thing on the face of the universe? SO gross!!! I choked it down anyway, dreaming of doughnuts all the while. *Sigh* I can't wait for the cravings to subside.
